Management Team

Khun Suwimon has overall responsibilities to manage the payroll services team. Under her supervision, She has taken care the 3 major areas which are payroll service operation, customer satisfaction and internal practiced development.

She has extensive experiences over payroll processing tasks. Parts of her duties are spent over the periodic review of processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and best use of staff resources. She also works closely with our clients to ensure the smooth execution of payroll service model specifically for each individual client.

Prior to join POS, Khun Suwimon had spent her 11 years with Arthur Andersen (Thailand) in Human Resources Department. She involved in Corporate and Executive compensation program as well as specialized programs requested from Board of Directors. She also served as an Employee Communication trainer providing training courses for compensation program to management level. She has experienced with compensation survey, program researches and analysis as well as HRIS system

Payroll Practice Head

Khun Krittiya's responsibilities cover the overall financial and accounting as well as administrative services for customers. With the capacity of the team, this service line performs both in-housed and outsourced accounting services.

Being in the roles, Khun Krittiya manages all aspects of financial, accounting and tax compliance services. The services are also expanded to payment agents and billing/collection administrative services

Prior to join POS, Khun Krittiya had worked in various accounting fields for 5 years before she moved into a professor field. She spent her 2 years as a Full-Time lecturer for Faculty of Accounting at Sripatum University and currently she is also guest speakers for tax and accounting practices at EXIM Academy and other private universities. She is also a registered accountant.

Khun Krittiya is a graduate of Chulalongkorn University where she got Master Degree in Financial Accounting and Bachelor Degree in Accounting from International Program at Bangkok University with Second Class Honor.

F&A Practice Head

As IT Director, Khun Siriporn is responsible for all Office IT Infrastructures. With such infrastructure, this is extended to cover the IT securities and Business Contingency (Continuity) Plan or BCP. Our IT department also serves as a partner to the 2 practiced departments enhancing them to better serve customers' requirements. That includes the application modification, application interfacing or even creating the new application to shorten the customers' processes.

As an Office Administrative Director, Khun Siriporn deals with all firm administrative tasks covering facility management and human resources areas.

Prior to join POS, Khun Siriporn is also a member of Arthur Andersen (Thailand) Alumni where she spent her 8 years in IT Department. She had experiences over the establishment of IT policies, procedures and security awareness program as well as IT migration plan. She also worked for various financial institutions for 4 years as system analyst and system administrator. She also a guest speaker for Faculty of Accounting at The University of Thai Chamber of Commerce.

Khun Sirporn is a graduate of Assumption University where she got Master Degree of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor Degree in Applied Statistics from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology North Bangkok with Second Class Honor.
