As the practice director of POS, Khun Weerachai is responsible for developing and implementing practice management strategies for the firm. Khun Weerachai was formerly the practice leader of Risk Consulting Service Team of Andersen in Thailand. Risk Consulting Service is a group of professional that assist the client in controlling and assessing their business risks by identifying and quantifying risk exposure and implementing systematic process to manage risks. With many years’ experience in both auditing and business consulting, Khun Weerachai has an extensive experience spans a diverse range of industries covering both public and private sector. He worked with and advised many client in the areas of organizational and operational reviews to improve their control and process and better manage risks. In addition to his responsibility with POS, Khun Weerachai also works with many institutions in professional context including the Institute of Internal Auditors in Thailand (IIAT), Federal of accounting Professional. He is also one of the senior executive originally selected to be trained as a trainer with the Thailand Institute of Directors, and currently involve as a trainer assisting the professional association to develop the skill and built capabilities of directors in Thailand. He is also a certified public accountant (3912). |

Khun Kidanan is one of POS’s management team who is responsible for practice technical supports of the firm both for accounting and payroll processing practices. Khun Kidanan was formerly audit manager and firm controller of Andersen Thailand. Before joining POS, she worked with HP/Compaq as Financial Controller and then was promoted to Country Human Resources Manager. Khun Kidanan has possessed extensive experiences both for financial, accounting, tax and human resources areas. She is a professional of financial services and HR support as well as business partners to clients providing the proactive accounting, financial, HR and legal solutions. She works closely with our clients to ensure POS has met clients’ expectations. Her services are also extended to share useful information and knowledge and provide recommendation to clients’ business operations to ensure the completeness, accuracy and compliances to the regulatory agencies.
Khun Kidanan has experienced
with various software applications as a project implementer and also a super
user. The applications included SAP and Oracle. She is also a certified
public accountant (3774) and registered accountant.
