      • Inform all group head
      • Office Manager contact hotel for recovery site
      • IT head contact KDC for delivery all equipments
      • Inform staffs about hotel for recovery site
      • IT team set up LAN/Server/Workstation
      • IT team restore databases from tape to server
      • Payroll staffs gather data from the clients
      • Payroll staffs perform nomal payroll process
